The building company Bordo Ltd. is acting since 2005 with court registration N210/24.01.2005, with registered address in Blagoevgrad. Bordo Ltd. is a member of the Building Chamber since 16.02.2008, in the I-st Group: high constructions and the adjacent infrastructure.

The Company has completed residential buildings in the most prestigious districts of Sofia city, Bansko resort, the town of Blagoevgrad - the administrative centre of South-West Bulgaria, and on the Black Sea coast. Bordo Ltd. builds on it’s own plots or on plots in return for compensation.

Bordo-2 is a fully completed building in the town of Bansko – the Bulgarian famous ski resort. It consists of apartments, SPA-centre and a number of shops.

A new residence building with 25 apartments, massage room, fitness hall, sauna .The building has a reception, basements to most of the apartments, an elevator. The management and maintaining of the property is provided when the building is completed.

One of the projects of “ Bordo” OOD is a hotel in Chernomorec – a holiday village located on the Black Sea coast, 25km south from the town of Burgas and only 8km from the famous sea resort Sozopol.

Ålenovo-1 is one of the projects of “Bordo”LTD in Blagoevgrad- the administrative centre of South-West Bulgaria.
